Keep Maddness After trying to find a parking spot for about 15 minutes I was ready to give up and leave. The body shop manager came out as I was about to leave and he was able to secure me a parking spot. I was told by the Jeep service department that it would take a week for my vehicle to be even looked at, my car had issues with water coming in and I was fearing the possibility of mold growing in my vehicle and the damage it would cause. I took it upon myself to drive to the dealership and see if I can attempt to get someone to help me. Anthony was my angel sent from God not only did he help me secure parking but he also took my car in and fixed the issue before the end of business day. More
Service repair I have brought my 2015 Explorer in for three repairs since owning it. Every repair took several visits to get fixed. The latest was my key fob not I have brought my 2015 Explorer in for three repairs since owning it. Every repair took several visits to get fixed. The latest was my key fob not working correctly. First visit they claimed they updated software and fixed it. They did not. Second visit I was told it was both of my key fobs that went bad. Both at same time on same day went bad? Was told that they were reprogramming new fobs for me. Was handed old fobs because they don't have new ones in stock. Going for third visit to try to fix. Was lied to each time about the repair that wasn't done. Service director Ray Gambino told me to ask for him on visit. He was never there during my two hour wait. More

Service manager is very rude and is the root of the poor customer service . Workers are only as good as the man in charge and this man should not be in charge . Did know who he spoke to for the vehicle write which tells me he has very poor record keeping . Told me he has been dealing with phone calls longer then I was alive ..Im a 40 year old ex dealer employee and know for sure I would have been fired if I ever spoke to a customer like that . long story short would never use or recommend this dealer . The fact that he told me him self ..the service manager that he don"t care about CSI says a lot . More

Wrong diagnosis My 1998 Windstar had a problem starting so I took it to Ford Service in Summit, NJ on Saturday 10/31/2015 and left the key in the drop box. I kept ask My 1998 Windstar had a problem starting so I took it to Ford Service in Summit, NJ on Saturday 10/31/2015 and left the key in the drop box. I kept asking about the car every day, I did not rush them, as I knew I had no appointment. However, I wished for some help or feed back. On Friday 11/6/2015 I lost my patience and requested to have my car back. I retrieved my car at the end of the work day with an invoice for $0.00. The service manager stated that his mechanic felt bad about the car as it needs a new engine. The invoice shows the car has internal engine problems. The next day, I took the car to Pep Boys where the performed complete diagnostics and confirmed that the compression test is very good. They replaced the starter and the car runs like new. More

I had a few warranty items that needed to be addressed. After walking out of a local dealer due to poor service I went to Salerno Duane on a recommendation of a fellow Mustang owner. I needed to have paint work done due to a corrosion problem on my hood, and also needed a seat cover replaced. The paint shop is fantastic, and the quality of work was excellent. The seat cover install was also done flawlessly. They also give a loaner car while they are servicing your car. These guys take care of your car, treat you with respect and fix it right. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a Ford service dept. to take care of your car. More

I had need to have body work done on a fairly new Ford E 350 a year or so ago. Since the vehicle was so new I decided to take it to a Ford dealer. At random I went to Salerno and met the body shop boss Ed Iandoli. They fixed the car better than new. I have since bought two other vehicles back for body work and would not consider going anywhere else. Mr. Iandoli is the ultimate statesman representing the dealership. He really makes you feel like family. I leave my car with him and I know it will be taken care of. I really would like to hear that he gets recognized for his work ethic and values. thank you, William S. Borski More
