The experience is OK. I have seen better communication from the service team elsewhere. I am also not sure what I am paying for or not. I had my maintenance included on my monthly payment but the invoice doesn’t reflect what is included or not. There was a tire to change and the balance has been done too on top of the oil change and maintenance. I see all the costs but nothing is mentioned what is included or not. Don’t find it clear. More

They apologized and explained that they are not not given any cash to make change. I understand that this is not they fault but a Salerno Duane policy. You should always have at least 100 in change available to make change for customers in paying their bill. My complaint is that you do not have loaner cars available when I purchased my car in June of 2020 that was a question that I specifically asked as this was my 3 car I have gotten through this location. 2 leased and one purchase now. They told me it would not be a problem of course it was. Again not the service departments fault but Salerno Duane’s fault. My husband has a Porsche and they always make sure to have loaners when the car is being serviced. I had to take a day off of work to get my car serviced. That is not right. More

When actually communicating with the service team the experience was great. However, it is very challenging to get to speak to someone. Multiple calls, messages left, not called back. I brought a Jeep Liberty 2012 in for heater problems. I was quoted $2000 for the repairs. Terrence the Service Advisor said they need to replace the heater coils, change the thermostat and flush the system was quoted $2000 for the repairs. Terrence the Service Advisor said they need to replace the heater coils, change the thermostat and flush the system. When I asked him if there is a less expensive alternative Terrence suggested to change the thermostat and flush the system for $500. I agreed to do that. Upon picking up the car (and up to today, three weeks later) the car’s heater still does not work. Cold air comes in when I request hot air. I called Terrence back and asked them why they changed the thermostat and flushed the system, charging me $500 when the heating still does not work. He said he had to speak to his boss and did not have an explanation. Whats more he said the technicians could never be sure whats wrong. This is perplexing to say the least because I expect the folks at this dealership to be professionals and to know how to diagnose a problem. The diagnostic itself was $150 so for that kind of money I expect the mechanics to know their stuff. I feel like I was robbed of $500. I recently leased a new Grand Cherokee from this dealership but I will never go back there either to lease or to repair a Jeep vehicle. I am very disappointed with the service provided. More
