The least they were supposed to do between the time I purchased the car and the time I picked it up was to get the cigarette smoke smell from the previous owner out of the car, look for a second key fob and change the oil. Not worth $900, but it would have been nice. Anyway, the day I picked up the car it still smelled like cigarette smoke, there was an "Oh, we are still looking for the key fob" answer and, a couple of days later, they called to tell me that the oil change had never been done either. Since I live an hour from the dealership, I told them that I would get the oil change done at a local shop and send them the receipt and, to their credit, they reimbursed in a timely manner. But... At the oil change, I was told that there was a leak in the wiper fluid reservoir. Again to their credit, they set up an appointment to fix the issue at their expense. All good, right? Eh... Again, I live an hour from the dealership, so I took the car there at the scheduled time and sat in the waiting room for an hour and 40 minutes only to be told that there diagnostics indicated that a new wiper fluid reservoir is required (duh). Here's the next kicker...they do not have the part in stock, it won't be in for three days and they are scheduling two weeks out per appointment , so it looks like another three weeks and another hour long trek plus waiting time to finally resolve an issue that should have been included in my $900 dealer prep fee five weeks ago. I do love the car, though and the front-facing staff are very nice, More

It took 3 hours to diagnose an emissions problem with my car and was not fixed because they need to order a part. So now I have to go back is an inconvenience. They did an oil change and patched 2 tires th car and was not fixed because they need to order a part. So now I have to go back is an inconvenience. They did an oil change and patched 2 tires that had nails. And it still took 3 hours plus my appt was at 8 am and they didn’t bring the car into the garage until after 8:30 I bought a 2020 fusion a few months ago and it already has issue with the emissions system not good More
I have purchased multiple vehicles from this deal and historically had very good experiences with each, but my last several service visits have been very unsatisfactory. The current environment makes it historically had very good experiences with each, but my last several service visits have been very unsatisfactory. The current environment makes it very difficult for any dealer to find certain parts, so the expectations are reasonable here. My poor rating is the result of repeatedly bad service visits and numerous "we'll call you by end of day to update you" with never one outbound call received. Other dealers text you. Easy on both sides, but not here. I am taking my vehicles and future purchases to other dealers going forward. More
The experience is OK. I have seen better communication from the service team elsewhere. I am also not sure what I am paying for or not. I had my maintenance included on my monthly payment but the invoice doesn’t reflect what is included or not. There was a tire to change and the balance has been done too on top of the oil change and maintenance. I see all the costs but nothing is mentioned what is included or not. Don’t find it clear. More

They did not have the ability to make change and had to send one of the workers to a deli to make the change needed for me. They apologized and explained that they are not not given any cash to make change. I understand that this is not they fault but a Salerno Duane policy. You should always have at least 100 in change available to make change for customers in paying their bill. My complaint is that you do not have loaner cars available when I purchased my car in June of 2020 that was a question that I specifically asked as this was my 3 car I have gotten through this location. 2 leased and one purchase now. They told me it would not be a problem of course it was. Again not the service departments fault but Salerno Duane’s fault. My husband has a Porsche and they always make sure to have loaners when the car is being serviced. I had to take a day off of work to get my car serviced. That is not right. More
