3 weeks for a service appointment + stupid You'll wait at least 2 - 3 weeks for a service appointment...drop off your car the day before to ensure they get on it early...communicate with them w You'll wait at least 2 - 3 weeks for a service appointment...drop off your car the day before to ensure they get on it early...communicate with them when they text you and then tell you they haven't touched it when you get there at 3:30pm to pick it up. Too much stupidity and incompetence for my taste. I will not buy another car from them because of their service. More

No quality control on workmanship I took my 2015 Explorer back since the paint on hood was blistering. Just like it has done on the recalled 2012 n 2013. Marcus Rivera was great b4 h I took my 2015 Explorer back since the paint on hood was blistering. Just like it has done on the recalled 2012 n 2013. Marcus Rivera was great b4 he left and Liz was helpful. But when I came back one the third day, not sure how you can strip a hood treat prime and paint and cure in that time frame. But I am not a body shop guy. When I picked it up there was still a spot. Anthony claimed it was dirt and would buff out in 5 minutes. The next day I get a call that he had to repaint the hood. Must of been a big piece of dirt. Go back again to pick up and yes there are still issues. Drip marks along front edge. Still waiting for the car. Maybe if they would do it right the first time I would have something positive to write. I will never buy another car from them and once out of warranty they will not have to worry about seeing me. Every repair takes several visits to get correct. Even oil changes. Still waiting on call from GM. More

Stellar Service Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep Body Shop provided exceptionally awesome service during a very challenging time for me. My car was hit while parked and th Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep Body Shop provided exceptionally awesome service during a very challenging time for me. My car was hit while parked and the suspect left the scene. I called the body shop and Anthony was very pleasant and eager to help. I was able to stop by the shop for him to examine my car and he ordered the parts right away (on a Friday afternoon right before closing). He also suggested bringing my car in Saturday morning in case the part arrives so he can have it worked on. The truck was delayed on Saturday and Anthony called me right away to let me know my car couldn't be worked on until Monday and I was appreciative of that. I was able to still enjoy my Saturday. When I dropped my car off on Monday he gave me a estimate for time and before I knew it my car was fixed and they washed it. I am now a huge fan and will bring my jeep here going forward! More
