You are Valued Until You Signed. This dealer tries everything, tells every lie to sell you a car. If you have a a lease return this is not the right dealer to go. Believe me you are better off parking your car somewhere and calling the bank. They are so "Honest", they say they pay to your bank then they send you the check Their story is mail problem with banks. The check they gave me bounced. I chased them a week after I received this check which was two weeks after the date they put on the check, Went to their office once was told about a story to Redeposit the check, I finally got my hands to a letter from my bank and went to their bank demanded an explanation. I was to told to go and ask for a check from a different account, They still sing the song about a fraud with their account earlier in the month. If that's true why did they write me a check from a different account? I know for a fact banks close an account and open another one with a new number incase of fraud suspicion , so why lie for such a small amount? Naturally they do not want to pay my Chrysler Finance, because they can not send a bad check to a bank. Banks have attorneys on payroll. Chrysler Finance can not be bullied like us. A customer is no body once he signs. if they do 2.3k to me, and others like me, check dated July 2nd, I was able to get the money July,20th. 20 days free money. maybe this is another. way of money making for them you never know. I just wanted to get a CAR. The "Honest" things they have done on the deal side was another story. Like I am returning a lease getting a new one but their "Honest" Pete decides to chance a bank , probably they got some money under the table now I need to pay Disposition Fee to Chrysler Finance which I was never told by all these "Honest" people. I wonder why they emphasize this much about them being "Honest" and do all these things?? Is this the new trend? Do everything to good people and cry that you are "Honest"? This maybe a family owned business, but it is run by some really "Honest" people. Hope the owner Family would chip in at some point to see how dirty their boys are playing with their good names. I have been a dedicated Chrysler customer for me this dealer does not exist in the map anymore. Does not even deserve a star. More
