Buying experience done right I went to several dealerships in hopes of purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. It wasn’t until I had already had several disappointing trips to large auto mall I went to several dealerships in hopes of purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. First class experience I recently leased a 2019 Grand Cherokee from Salerno Duane in Summit. This is my second vehicle from them. From beginning to end the process was fast, I recently leased a 2019 Grand Cherokee from Salerno Duane in Summit. This is my second vehicle from them. From beginning to end the process was fast, painless, and enjoyable (both times). Because this is not a highway dealership, there were no high pressure sales tactics or fast one’s by the finance manager. My sales rep, Sergio, was highly professional and accommodating. He went above and beyond to get me the deal I needed. Once the deal was agreed to, we scheduled a time for me to pick the new vehicle up Saturday at noon. As soon as I walked in the finance manager knew my name (because I arrived on time for my appointment) and got me in and out of there in 25 minutes! I highly recommend Salerno Duane for anyone looking for an awesome car buying experience. More

I’ve been sitting here for over two hours and no loaner car. Don’t promise people loaner cars, especially those who had to take some time off work. I DO NOT RECCOMEND Salerno Duane to anyone. Terrible. Update: Curtis and Bob went out of their way to get me a loaner car and I very much appreciate it. More
