I have been waiting over 2 months to receive a $1300.00 credit (to my car loan) after being overcharged for a "free" service package. I have called the finance manager (incredibly rude) and I have sent se credit (to my car loan) after being overcharged for a "free" service package. I have called the finance manager (incredibly rude) and I have sent several emails to the dealership asking for someone to reach out and speak to me. I received one phone call from finance after my initial email. I was told they were working on the paperwork. I have sent 5 emails since that date and have received no response nor paperwork. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are non-responsive and unprofessional. The finance department is disgraceful. When I realized I was overcharged and asked for a breakdown of my costs, I was immediately treated like a third class citizen and yelled at. Unacceptable from any dealership. More

I would offer the following feedback for future improvement. 1) If the employees are driving the vehicles then you should make sure that all vehicles offered for sale are available on the lot during normal business hours. 2) The $995 fee for prep should be moved into the section where other fees are listed. Having this fee listed in a fine print disclaimer gets things started on the wrong foot. More
