I was advised very late on Christmas Eve that the accident totaled my Jeep. I was achy and bothered that the process was going to directly overlap the holidays. Crestfallen at the prospect of shuffling around lots while I should be spending time with family and friends, I found something online and cautiously thought I should be prepared to be disappointed. Looking for a well maintained used Grand Cherokee in a tough market was made easy with Francisco Rojas. Our inquiry was addressed right away and the car we sought was not only on the lot, in great shape and ready to roll, but clean and immediately brought around for our test drive. Details and condition were as remarked and the car fax was provided immediately upon request. Happy with the ride it was on my short list. The search continued with other dealers showing the same Jeep with some variations. Ultimately working with Francisco at Salerno Duane in Summit was the choice because the right car in combination with a responsive and straightforward sales representative is as important as the vehicle itself.
