AVOID THIS DEALER. UNDERHANDED/POSSIBLE EVEN ILLEGAL TACTICS. I bought a car - papers signed, temp tags issued, paid. 1st pickup, car very dirty; they agreed to clean it. Upon 2nd pickup (a week later TACTICS. I bought a car - papers signed, temp tags issued, paid. 1st pickup, car very dirty; they agreed to clean it. Upon 2nd pickup (a week later), car was still dirty & they refused to clean it and honor their word, got nasty & belligerent, manager refused to speak to me, was asked to leave, request for higher manager or owner resulted in what appears to have been a low level salesman pretending he was the owner coming out to say that he agreed with the manager's view. They admitted they didnt feel like honoring deal b/c they had received several calls asking about the car. Also they told me that Chrysler advertised $1k incentives and special interest rate n/a for my car. Actually was available - so it seems they were going to keep the rebate from Chrysler for themselves. More
