This was my first time buying (financing) with this dealership and I have to say I do not regret going here to get a new vehicle. I dealt with Mr. Sergio Ovalle. Going into the car sales process for the first time on my own, I had prepared for all kinds of haggling and negotitationg to get the car I wanted. I was greeted by Blake Shanaphy and shown around, and although I was not ready to purchase he answered all of my questions and showed me several cars. I was in the market for a used car and assumed I could not get a new Jeep and stay within a comfortable payment, but Blake explained several options, all within my budget and with no pressure. I also assumed I needed to shop the prices to get a better deal, and had two terrible experiences with neighboring superstores each fulfilling my original expectations of double-speak, high pressure, sleazy salesmanship. Again I was wrong since I immediately returned to Salerno Duane with the make, model, color and price I wanted to pay and asked for Blake and he was able to get the exact car for me right away with absolutely no hassle. Blake is a true professional and treated me with respect to help make the entire experience easy, continuing to follow up with a level of service beyond my expectations. I was in the market for a new SUV. I had the BMW X 5 and always loved it but wanted to try a different model. The new Jeep came out, part of daimler chrysler and was like a mercedes without the price tag. W always loved it but wanted to try a different model. Blake Shanaphy was our salesman and he was excellent. We didn't purchase same day, but he really helped out through the decision making process. HE encouraged us to get another price, completely hooked up the Limited package, and he's on call w/ his cell everytime we needed him. In fact, he consistantly follows up, takes care of a loaner car and makes servicing very easy. I would highly recommend the new Jeep and using Blake at Salerno Duane. He sticks to his word, along with the dealership and the Jeep is a sick car!!! Excellent in bad weather and is so spacious, luxurious and has seat warmers in the back. We got black on black leather and I would get another jeep in the future. The car is a completely different jeep than in the past. We love it!!! More
