Displeased I leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee on December 16,2015. It had been delivered with damage on it, which the Dealership promised to fix. However, the I leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee on December 16,2015. It had been delivered with damage on it, which the Dealership promised to fix. However, they did not fix the damaged door beyond touching up the paint. They refused to repaint it claiming it would mean having to blend it, according to Michael Cohen, a manager. After 3 weeks of working on the damage, I was yelled at by Mr. Cohen for their lack of meeting consumer satisfaction and failing to follow through with delivering a vehicle that I paid to be I new condition. I would not recommend this dealership at all after the treatment I have experienced! More
