Amazing Customer Service - Could Not Have Been Easier! I called Jim on a Saturday afternoon about an hour before the dealership closed. By the time I had gotten to the dealer, Jim had the car I wanted wai I called Jim on a Saturday afternoon about an hour before the dealership closed. By the time I had gotten to the dealer, Jim had the car I wanted waiting for me, and we hopped in for a test drive. I had a very tight time-frame and Jim was able to get all of the paperwork done that day, and then we set up an appointment the following weekend for me to pick up the car. I showed up to the dealership and again, Jim was waiting, with the car, having just gassed it up himself! Now that's service. Jim really went above and beyond to enable me to complete this transaction in an timely and efficient manner. Jim's knowledge of the car blew me away - he took the time to go through every feature and made sure I was comfortable before I left the lot. I cannot say enough about how easy this purchasing experience was. Jim basically made it so I was able to select the car I wanted and pick it up the next weekend - could not have been easier.
