Every step of the way, Sergio was patient, dedicated and positive! He took a ton of time showing me all the features the car has, making sure I understood how everything worked, and even helped me take the old items from my car into my new car. Definitely service that went above and beyond! It was refreshing to see the sales manger, Dean Puleo also be involved with the process as he was also kind, patient and helpful throughout the entire day. Needless to say, I am so grateful that these men were there to help me purchase my first Jeep! A decision I know I won't regret! More

My first lease was in 1999 and since then I have leased about 13 cars. I have dealt with some excellent dealerships and some classic, tacky, bad dealerships. This time I was looking for a car for my daughter but had trouble finding the trim level and color she wanted and for a reasonable price. Using Chrysler/Jeeps Search Inventory feature on there web site I found the exact model I wanted at Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep. I called and Sergio told me he had that exact model and color so I quickly drove over. The dealership itself is very impressive looking in the beautiful town of Summit. I immediately thought this place is too nice and I won't get a good deal. Sergio showed me the car and it was exactly what was described and what I wanted. I showed him a regionally advertised Jeep lease offer but I also wanted to increase the mileage allowance and the car I was looking at had a higher list price than the one in the Jeep offer so I knew I would have to pay a little more, but based on quotes I got from other dealers, I expected this place to be a lot more. Sergio got my info, went off to generate a price, and I sat and waited fully expecting to have to play the haggle game. To my surprise, he came back with an offer that was right on target with what I was expecting to pay. I did my homework on the car and they didn't waste my time. My instinct is to automatically counter with a lower offer, but in this case I felt no need to do so and accepted that offer. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was professional and treated me and other customers around me with respect. The manager was helpful, the finance person was great and did not waste my time trying to sell me items I did not need or want. I would rate Salerno Duane as one of the best if not "The Best" dealership I have dealt with. This transaction was smooth and pleasurable. Thank you for the great service. Like most people I was hesitant about going car shopping becau Sergio deserves every star he could get. He went above and beyond to get what I wanted. Like most people I was hesitant about going car shopping because the salesmen are like vultures, pushy and insistent. Not Sergio he said down with we told him out budget and he said he'll make I work and he did. Not once did I feel like I was being lied to, mislead or having to sign my life away for the next 36 months. This was the most relaxing and best car buying experience I've had so far. Other dealers so take notes on how to treat and work with customers. I must say I am a customer for life and will be recommending Sergio to all my friends and family. More

Exceeds expectations I visited Salerno and Duane after looking for a vehicle on car gurus app. Not only were their vehicles in the price range I was looking for, they were I visited Salerno and Duane after looking for a vehicle on car gurus app. Not only were their vehicles in the price range I was looking for, they were the vehicles with the best car fax AND best mileage for the price. I met with Marissa who took great care of me. She started with the typical car dealer talk but once she got the gist that I knew what I wanted she backed off and wasn't as pushy as most(seemingly all but that's the business). For that I was grateful as with most dealers the more they push they don't realize they jeopardize the sale(people feel like they're being conned) I will DEFINITELY visit them again for vehicles in the future and hope that most have as pleasant an experience with Salerno and Duane or any other dealer for that matter as I have. More
