Great Salesmanship This is our second transaction with Salerno Duane Jeep. We returned to Robert Phillips as he provided excellent service the first time around and in This is our second transaction with Salerno Duane Jeep. We returned to Robert Phillips as he provided excellent service the first time around and in this transaction his service was great also. Robert is great at building a rapport with his customers and providing a friendly, low-pressure experience. He is a courteous individual and treats you like a neighbor should; after all he lives in the area. He is also quite knowledgeable about their products and their services. My reason for 4 stars for 2 reasons. Michael Cohen is the sales manager and I found that he dismissive and abrasive. At no point does he address customers (at least he didn't address us). Michael made me feel unwelcome. The finance department is slow and poorly organized. What should've taken an hour, took 3. We spent our entire Saturday morning at the dealership waiting for paperwork to be completed for signature. At the end of it, Robert delivered the vehicle by demonstrating the options and functions. Again, great salesmanship. More

We have all had experiences buying a car wherein the sales person is asking a hundred questions about you (where do you work? what are your payments now?) My experience with Paul was exactly the OPPOSITE of that. Paul really knew about the Jeep product and that is what we spoke about. I had the feeling that Paul was trying to HELP me buy a Jeep, not GET me to buy a Jeep. I would highly recommend Salerno Duane Summit and Paul Shorrock. More
