My car was hit while parked and the suspect left the scene. I called the body shop and Anthony was very pleasant and eager to help. I was able to stop by the shop for him to examine my car and he ordered the parts right away (on a Friday afternoon right before closing). He also suggested bringing my car in Saturday morning in case the part arrives so he can have it worked on. The truck was delayed on Saturday and Anthony called me right away to let me know my car couldn't be worked on until Monday and I was appreciative of that. I was able to still enjoy my Saturday. When I dropped my car off on Monday he gave me a estimate for time and before I knew it my car was fixed and they washed it. I am now a huge fan and will bring my jeep here going forward! More

I spoke with Dean Puleo, the sales manager, and he put me in touch with Sergio, a true professional who handled the negotiation expertly. The deal was made over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership a few days later, Sergio had all the paperwork and my new Overland ready to go. It truly was an enjoyable experience, made that much better by Sergio's desire to earn a new customer's business. I genuinely believe that he acted as my representative in the negotiation process. I will definitely be a repeat customer when it is time to lease my next Grand Cherokee. More
