I arrived about 20 minutes early, they had me drive right into the service waiting area. I was greeted by an gentleman who quickly booked me in, then directed me to a large neat, bright waiting area. took care of my issue in a few days! Had a massive leaking sunroof into my passenger side floor and all the wiring harnesses because someone at ford forgot to connect it during manufactu Had a massive leaking sunroof into my passenger side floor and all the wiring harnesses because someone at ford forgot to connect it during manufacturing. overall they solved the water issue so I am very appreciative . I just hope there's no electric issues that start arising because of the amount of water that literally soaked wiring harnesses. Fingers crossed. Thanks again Mike More
