I brought my Lincoln to these guys to get some recall work done on it in late 2022, along with requesting a repair job on the gas cap cover. Once I got to the dealer to pick the car up, I saw that my touch screen was still blank, so since my rep Ray was nowhere to be found, I asked his colleague Derek for help and Derek accommodated my needs. He had their electronics guy reset 1 of the pods in the car and that got my touchscreen back up. Their body shop is the pits. I asked them to complete their offer to repair the damage to the body that their tech did when he installed the new gas cap cover. he used a metal tool on the job and he made chips in the body at the point where the gas cap cover lays. Very shabby. I also noticed that my gas tank was reading almost down to 1/2 a tank after I gave them the car with a FULL tank. They refilled my tank. 2 weeks later, I noticed that my winter snow brush was missing from my back seat, I knew it had to be Salem Ford's detailer that toom and removed it to clean my car out. I bought another identical snow and ice scraper like the 1 they lost on me, gave their Serbice Manager, Gerry, my receipt, and he reimbursed me for the cost. Thanks for that Gerry. /Before I forget, Salem Ford uses Uber to shuttle their service customers to and from the dealership, their Uber drivers suck. The 1st driver, John, almost hit another oncoming pickup truck with me sitting next to him up front, the 2nd driver barely spoke any English. For a brand new Tusacn Village facility, one would expect better service all in all. My recall work was the job that was done right. These guys never returned my phone calls after I left messages with Ray. Gerry had just called and left me a message just before I showed up in person today to get help. Thanks again for the cash reimbursement Gerry, that was much appreciated. More
