I did not buy my 2019 F350 from Salem Ford. The dealer I did buy it from refused to give me a loaner while my truck was being serviced for 2 minor recalls. Also the Finance manager and the Senior Sales managers all behave very professionally and do not push but work with us to accomplish what we want. More

All of our Fords except for our LCF have been purchase through this dealerships along with the Ford Premium extended warranties. I thought to myself when I left yesterday after we spoke just you how disappointed I was with the way you and the dealership handled our recent service request. You blaming others and telling me that it’s only been three weeks in with all the changes happening at the dealership really wasn’t professional. That is not my issue that is yours to be handled internally. What happened to the KEY mission statement “Provide an exceptional experience to our customers and employees” ?I drove the vehicle straight up to Boyers Truck Equipment where we had the ladder rack installed and they proceeded to tell me that a couple of the clips on the headliner where already broken when they took it down. They continued to tell me that the antenna has been stripped and could not be tightened. That’s likely the reason we got the vehicle back with a loose antenna. They replaced a foam seal and remounted the ladder rack and stopped the water leak. After being charged $200.00 by Salem Ford to have “The Water Doctor” tell us the windshield needed replacing and that not being the case. We now have broken clips for the roof liner and a stripped antenna. More

I went in because my rear window was moving slow to a stop, I figured the motor was dying. Wayne, the tech, called me saying that he had called out for a part number. When i picked up the truck, he said stop, I figured the motor was dying. Wayne, the tech, called me saying that he had called out for a part number. When i picked up the truck, he said they greased it and it worked fine. So there was no part number? Did they even call? $130 for some grease? More
