I scheduled an appointment and took my truck in to Salem Ford for a simple oil change. Due to the service department getting "busy" I did not have my truck back until the next day, about 24 hours later. The Ford for a simple oil change. Due to the service department getting "busy" I did not have my truck back until the next day, about 24 hours later. The service team did "make it right" by providing the oil change free of charge... But as a dad of 2 with a full schedule - resulting in an unanticipated day home from work it was a pretty tough pill to swallow. More
