My truck had a transmission issue. They replaced a part and in turn that caused the transmission to essentially blow up. They had our truck for over two months before any update. EVERY They replaced a part and in turn that caused the transmission to essentially blow up. They had our truck for over two months before any update. EVERY email and call was ignored! Now after three months and a “new” transmission we are still having issues! Communication and customer service is TERRIBLE!! More
