took care of my issue in a few days! Had a massive leaking sunroof into my passenger side floor and all the wiring harnesses because someone at ford forgot to connect it during manufactu Had a massive leaking sunroof into my passenger side floor and all the wiring harnesses because someone at ford forgot to connect it during manufacturing. overall they solved the water issue so I am very appreciative . I just hope there's no electric issues that start arising because of the amount of water that literally soaked wiring harnesses. Fingers crossed. Thanks again Mike More

I had an appointment for only an expection sticker at 900am. I had another appointment to get to. I asked to make sure that the sticker wouldn't take long. I had a great person who checked me in. I needed to be out before 10am. I went into the waiting room and 5 minutes later he came in to let me know I may not be out by 10am. I thanked him for being honest. Got my keys and left. I appreciate him but not sure why I make an appointment if it means nothing. Very frustrating. I also, on 2 occasions, at oil changes, waited forever, only to find that my car had been ready for at least a half hour but no one let me know. I think they do great work servicewise but you must be willing to spend a good part of your day there to get anything done More
