What do you propose to restore my confidence?? I would suggest you train your people better, so they don’t have to make up lies but rather do what they say they are going to. That way, they will not feel the need to make a bunch of stupid excuses as to why their promises fail to produce results... it’s the painters fault, it’s the detail guys fault, it’s the registry’s fault.
