Unfortunately I purchased a 2023 Lexus from last year. I drove it to Greenville. Within a week I discovered problems with the blower for the air system, the radio had problems, the road noise was extreme I drove it to Greenville. I returned it 3 days later. Found an older Buick 2019 on the lot, I redid all the paperwork to purchase a 2019 Buick. Now at the time I was recovering from chemotherapy. This dealership managed to chage the purchase price from $19000+ to the final price of over $30000+.. now I am $10000 underwater. I complained and the store manager told me well I signed the paperwork. Yes I did and I explained that I was having trouble functioning at my highest level due to my illness. I am slowly recovering now. So I just wanted to tell others to think twice about my experience. More
I trusted the information shown on their website. I wasted my time in that trust, for after picking the vehicle I was interested in I did their online loan application and I got an email confirmation I wasted my time in that trust, for after picking the vehicle I was interested in I did their online loan application and I got an email confirmation they had received it and I also received a text message stating they had received it and in both those communications they stated I would be contacted. That turned out to be a lie and I was told after calling them, we can not tell you anything over the phone for we don't know if it is actually the person who filled out the application so you have to drive here and prove who you are. That was so wrong for I trusted them with my social security number and my state license number and personal information. After I told them that on the phone, their explanation was well we have had some employees putting in sales leads to get commissions and had false IDs used. I will never trust any of their dealerships or websites after that, and I am going to report it to the Better Business Bureau and my state government offices. More

I scheduled a test drive for Monday. My schedule changed and I called to shift the test drive to Saturday. I drove 2.5 hours only to meet with my dealer who could not find the car. After about 30 minutes of waiting I was told the car was at the body shop getting painted. What? Apparently the car was not ready for sale, yet, they posted it online for sale. I was told to come back on Monday or Tuesday as it might be ready by then. A different dealer said he would work on the price and have it delivered if we would like. Called to discuss this with them and was told the prices are already competitive so no compensation would be offered. If you are offering the car at a no haggle price, advertise it that way. If you screw up, offer compensation for my time and effort to purchase the car. By the dealers own admission, this is a common occurrence with the cars not being ready. He said they just want the car to be “ right” for their customers. How about you get it ready before you list it. Very unprofessional. More

Kia finance manager/employee forged my signature on a $4,449,00 extended warranty and my sales contract with Wells Fargo. The police went by to help me but was told they had lost all my documents. Finally my lender was able to get me copies. More

They advertise one price but then give another! Online pice was 1500 off new but was told in dealership was only if you trade. Then they had the car listed on price sheet 2k over sticker. It was a Kia Sportage, a telluride I can understand but a sportage not so much. Trade is was far below any other dealership. Too many empty promises and much worse than two years ago when I bought my car there. Sold my car to CarMax for $4,400 more. Other dealerships would at least match CarMax offer. The sales rep was fine and understood, not his fault upper management is trying to make as much as they can. I know these times are rough with the shortage but they cannot advertise one price and then give another and say it was only with trade when that is not stated on website. Nice try but not born yesterday and even though I had positive experience 2 years ago and love the service department I am sad to say that I will not drop another doller at sale auto/Kia. More
