As soon as my wife and I stepped foot onto the car lot we were pleasantly surprised by the upbeat atmosphere of the sales people that were within the area. We were expecting a high-pressure environment but that proved not to be the case. We were treated with respect and the questions that were asked of us about what type of vehicle we might have in mind for our particular needs. Our answers were carefully noted on a checklist. We were shown a couple of types of vehicles in different colors which helped us to become more specific in what we would be in need of. We eventually settled in on a silver Cherokee with leather interior and liftgate so that my wife would not have to struggle getting luggage or grocery bags in and out of it. The purchasing process went very smoothly. Our private information was kept in secret. Different buying options were introduced to us and we were not pressured into making a decision one way or the other. It was entirely up to us to make that decision accordingly to our comfort levels. We ended up going over the closing time for the business but our sales person Taha Ahmed stayed with us till the very end. He helped us to transfer our items into the new vehicle and offered us his services for any questions or problems that we may have in the future on the vehicle. Almost a week later, we are entirely satisfied with the vehicle that we ended up with and are simply still enthralled with the service that was given to us. We would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle to give Sahara a try.😃 Glad we did. More

Worst experience with services. The dealership side of this place wasn't bad, infact they were awesome. What made me give them one star was because of services they are the worst. Had to take in my truck a year after because the engine light was on and the truck was saying on the screen it was -40 degrees outside. The truck is still under warranty so my guess was I have to take it were i bought it. We dropped it off Monday night, only a few minutes before they closed so we knew we had to leave there. I get a call Tuesday at 5pm by rob saying that the truck won't be done till Wednesday morning but if for some reason its not he would put me on a rental, but he said it should only take 15 min or so so it should be done. It is now Saturday and my truck its still there. I didn't even get a rental till Friday when i went to the place in person. They also attempted to return it to me friday night but the work was incomplete since my reverse camera was no longer working for some reason. Not a good place to take your cars to get fix. Manager wasn't much help ether. More

I'll never go to another dealership! I had gone to 5 other dealerships, the same day, before coming to Sahara Chrysler, and was ready to give up. I didn't know what I wanted, I just knew I had gone to 5 other dealerships, the same day, before coming to Sahara Chrysler, and was ready to give up. I didn't know what I wanted, I just knew that I wanted to sit in a whole bunch of cars and see which felt "right". At the other dealers, I was brushed off, sent to sit in the showroom vehicles, and told "this car looks great on you" and then when saying I felt like it was too small, "yeah, it looked too small for you." But this all changed when I walked into Sahara Chrysler. Kai walked up to us and was so patient with me. I told him my needs and he listened. He allowed me to sit in the cars that I wanted to and answered all of my questions. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I came back a second day, and he worked with me to get me in the right car. My husband and I decided that we will never go to another dealership again. WHEN I TELL U WHAT IS FOR YOU SHA’ll be yours it’s no mistake I have not so good credit 😏 I only went looking so when I was financially ready I’d kno what to expect this idea went very differently from what I had in mind with Kim’s help & the other team members like the financial manager made my thoughts into my reality I was able to leave the dealership with %0 no money down in my 2018 Jeep I’m sooooo blessed & happy now I don’t have to take the bus anymore yayyyy!!!
