I looked on the website and knew exactly what I wanted, I had a preApproval from a bank I was thinking about dealing with, but JC worked another deal and even though my car payment was going to be higher, he definitely made it worth my while. All in all I spent 2.5 hrs buying my car between the 03/31 and 04/01. Thank you Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for not making me question if I did the right thing. Rob the service advisor is pleasant to start with and is then rude later into repairs and will give false information to you as to the status of your vehicle if it is in there for an extended period of time. Tom the Service Director told me today when I took the truck to them for issues, to take it to another dealership that will service me and that he was cancelling my Saturday service appointment. My truck spent 54 days in the dealership for warranty work and when they could not do the repair correctly, they had to put in a new engine and made it sound like it was done out of good will. STAY AWAY!!! More

Kevin Watts was a kind and professional salesmen and after negotiating my trade, I thought the hard part was over. I met with finance and this is when everything went downhill. The first finance salesmen spent time pressuring me to buy extra warranty and gap insurance, although he was respectful. He left and Casey R., from finance (I'm assuming he is the finance manager), comes in and tries to BULLY me into buying what I already declined. I said no more than a handful of times and he was not taking no for an answer. He was going to change the terms of my loan without telling me in his attempt to get me to purchase and when I called him out, he just tried to continue to bully me. I finally walked out because he would not leave me alone. NEVER in my life have I experienced anxiety due to not wanting to purchase extra warranty. This no HAGGLE dealership turned in to a HAGGLE over this warranty and I would NEVER recommend purchasing a car from this place because NO one should ever feel they have to purchase something they do not want. I understand it is a "sales" job and pitching is completely different from BULLYING. I never want ANYone else to experience what I did and Casey Robenson should be ashamed that he is a BULLY. Also to note....every vehicle is equipped with the KARR security system and DataDot which adds an additional $899.00 to the total cost of the vehicle that you cannot take off. If you take this off, they will eliminate the discount price of the vehicle which is anywhere between $1,000-$2,000; a complete rip off. *****I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from here because of Casey R.************ More

They asked what kind of vehicles we drove and asked why I was still in the current vehicle I was. I explained my situation and they assured me they could get me into a new car. Next thing I know I'm driving out of there in a brand new Jeep. Lily was the best, she never left her side and always made sure we were comfortable. Thank you Sahara jeep. More
Scam Artist, caught red handed!! Caught them in a hustle!!! Had my battery replaced, they decided to install a aftermarket battery instead of a standard battery with no explanation or Caught them in a hustle!!! Had my battery replaced, they decided to install a aftermarket battery instead of a standard battery with no explanation or reasoning why. I arrive to pick up my vehicle, explain to the guy that’s not the correct battery, even read him the parts number from his own catalog. I talk with the service manager and he explains to me that the standard battery is on back order and they don’t have any, that’s why they installed the more expensive battery. I call Chapman Dodge right down the street and they have plenty of them in stock. I call back Sahara and explain to the guy that I’m bringing my car back to remove the battery and send it to Chapman since they have them. He then tells me that he found one in stock at his location, I can go ahead and bring it back there. Haha Even if he didn’t have them in stock, it took me 3 minutes to check another dealership and see they had them. Dealerships swap parts all the time, he could of had the battery delivered from Chapman. I’d be on high alert when dealing with this dealership! More
Worst Customer Service ever! I bought a white 2018 Dodge Challenger T/A from this dealership in July 2018. Before signing my contract, I gave it a once around and noticed that the I bought a white 2018 Dodge Challenger T/A from this dealership in July 2018. Before signing my contract, I gave it a once around and noticed that the matte black hood had a weird scuff near the hood scoop. I mentioned it and I was assured that they would take it to the shop and have it taken care of. So I went into finance went through the paperwork and asked about the scuff before signing. Again, I was assured that it was out back being taken care of. After hours, I finally finished the paperwork and signed. When they came back with my car, it was dark. I checked the scuff and it appeared to be gone. I went home happy and relieved that it was over. The next morning, I noticed that the spot where the scuff was was now glossy and shiny, on a matte black hood. I called the finance guy and my sales guy and took pictures and sent them to them. They asked me to bring the car in and the service department took more pictures. I never heard back from them so I followed up, they didn’t have an answer. After months, they told me that the 3rd party company that they use to handle the paint used a buffer to buff it out and damaged the hood. They said the company agreed to pay to replace the hood. I was then told that it just needed approval from the GM. I followed up again a week later. I was told there was no longer a GM and without a GM’s approval, the replacement can’t move forward. I followed up almost weekly. Here I am, 11 months since I bought the car. My hood has yet to be replaced, I’ve yet to get a response about the replacement. I’m not calling twice a week, taking time out of my day to do this, only to be told that my calls will be returned. They never are. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. They obviously don’t take their customers seriously. Go to another dealership! I’ve never gotten the new car feeling because I’ve been dealing with this issue for nearly a year with no resolution.
