Wish I could change my original post because of the crap I found with my lifted dodge ram 2500. I guess I felt they did a good job until I went around trying to figure out a noise and found my right side su I found with my lifted dodge ram 2500. Yes and if you buy a lifted ram and you ask if they adjusted the speed for the new tires don't believe them when they say O yes I would never let it leave the lot any other way. More

I bought this vehicle from this dealer about 6 weeks ago, on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I m on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Two weeks later I contacted them concerning about why the piece had not yet arrived, to which they replied that it had not been requested yet, this was the first lie, after several calls about this problem for which they have not had the courtesy to return Not a single one of my calls or answered a single one of my text emails, I asked him to please send me the tracking number of the order that they supposedly put on eBay, but as is customary in them I have not had any response to neither does this request. On June 25th after several calls finally, they answer me by sending me a picture of the wrong part with not even the same color. Trusting in them I gave them the benefit of doubt and I wait for ten more days to get the right part. Three days ago I started to call again, never call me back, and today July 11/2020 after 6 weeks I talked to the manager and he still is asking about what part of the car is the one that they honor in send to my address. That is why I feel that my rights as a consumer are being violated even when they signed a promise to comply with providing me with the part that was missing from the vehicle at the time of purchase. I have wanted to solve this in the best way but I have not found a friendly response from this dealer. More

Oh, my! 24-48 hours just to get a service estimate. Then possibly days to get the work done, as they apparently don't stock a lot of parts. Unfortunately, we had to bring our Jeep there TWICE this month (separate issues, same result) -- we bought our extended warranty through them, which at least keeps the costs low. My wife and I had an extremely positive experience at Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We worked exclusively with Tyrone and Deshaun and enjoyed them immensely. They listened to our concerns and showed us multiple vehicles, not just the one we went there for. We especially loved that they didn't only listen to my concerns but my wife's as well. The 3 other dealerships we went to before them discounted my wife's questions and looked at me when they answered her questions, not her. Comments were also made by other dealerships that "a wife doesn't usually look at the tires." Tyrone and Deshaun actually spoke more with my wife than me and made us both feel comfortable. They worked magic on pricing for us and we have no regrets about our purchase. They followed up with us the next day to see if we were still happy with our purchase. They went above and beyond and we truly appreciated how great they were. Next time we need a vehicle, we'll go Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge first! More
