The Worst Buying Experience Of My Life It was horrible. I ordered a truck. Since the salesman was more interested in signing on the bottom line than getting me the truck I really wanted, It was horrible. I ordered a truck. Since the salesman was more interested in signing on the bottom line than getting me the truck I really wanted, I spent $50,000 on a truck with a hard plastic armrest the hurts my elbow when I drive the truck for any distance. They added extra stuff without getting my permission to the point that I paid more than than the suggested retail price for the truck. I would never do business with them again and have urged anyone that would listen not to do business with them. Everyone from sales to parts and service (there was a part missing on my truck that I am still waiting for them to send me) did not follow through with what they said they would do. Everyone. There were a couple of items that I wanted on the truck that they were supposed to include in the order. When the truck arrived, those items were missing. They asked to pay the retail price for parts and labor to install the items they didn't order. I will never do business with them ever again. More

Horrible Place They quoted one price than added on additional charges when billing. Typical bait and switch. Claimed extra fees were sales tax when it was shop fees. It took about 30 minutes to prep the vehicle and in that time they added a $400 Karr alarm system + something called Data Dots ($199). I was wore out at he end and just wanted to leave so (My mistake) I signed all the paper work without reading it . I think this might be a ploy to wear you out so you won't read what you are signing..... also a $412 insurance GAP policy along with $2500 maintenance policy that when I asked for a refund they told me it was non-refundable (we will see). Another $400 for service.... I would not buy another car from this dealer More

Then was told we could add electric locks to the doors and can't seem to get anyone to call back to see if possible. Have tried calling 3 times now. More

They give the run around My husband went in for a car, and found the one he wanted. We were going to be buying it with zero down, which our salesman said was fine at first. When we did all the paperwork, apparently it took the bank 3 days to decide if our deal went thru or not. Which is bull, and the salesman Mike even told my husband that he was just trying to get us to change our mind about the zero down, because he doesn't make money off of it, and it's like they are just "giving" us the car. Now, 2 weeks later, they are STILL calling him telling him what other documents he needs otherwise he has to give the car back. My husband told him it would have been nice to know this all at once so we can be done with it already and all Mike said was "well I'm telling you now" Horrible dealership with horrible workers. This will be our last time there... More
