Brake problems, rattling sunroof at under 20,000 miles. Been John Kasimoff, is Incompetent & Unprofessional. He is also Disrespectful & Dismissive with customers after he's already been paid to fix a problem that has only been made worse. He is the service manager there. New Chrysler 300s from 2011 - 2018 have a design problem with the brakes. It's common knowledge among Chrysler mechanics. After a couple of months, when you're coming down a large hill, and you apply the brakes, the whole car shakes. If you're within the 12 month brake warranty, they'll machine the rotors but the problem will just come right back after your 12 month brake warranty expires unless the rotors are replaced which they won't do. They know all of this but they won't tell you unless you ask. With less than 20,000 miles on my new Chrysler, the sunroof was rattling and creaking. They have already been paid through my warranty to fix it. After having my car for 2-weeks, I got the car back with the problem even worse. When I complained to John Kasimoff, the service manager about it, his response was "Since you're being so gracious, you can take your car and go." I've spent a fortune of expensive & arduous time away from my business on this. This Chrysler 300S, supposedly under warranty is still a rattling hunk of crap with about 20,000 miles on it. Sahara Chrysler after assuring me they would fix it and being paid to do so, still refuses to fix it. More

Maximal titling failure and minimal help I had a very frustrating experience with Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. It is still ongoing. I am active duty military currently stationed in Las Vegas, but my home state is Missouri. I explained prior to the purchase that I was planning on registering my vehicle in the state of Missouri. I even had a conversation with the loan & titling officer about his brother being in the military and such. A couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle, they called me to let me know that my "green slip" was ready. I swung by to pick it up and they told me that it was all I needed to register my vehicle in Missouri. I flew home to Missouri and took it into the DMV, where they looked at me like I was an idiot. I contacted Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram about 7 times before they finally told me to essentially go and solve my own problem and acted like I had never told them I wanted to register my vehicle in Missouri. They won't give me an extension on my temporary plates even though its going to take months to fix this idiocy. I just got a ticket last night because of the lack of plates. I mean, this is so unbelievably frustrating... (additionally, I think they purposefully disabled the 50,000 mile maintenance light, because I bought the vehicle at 50,456 miles and then 50 miles later the light just happened to pop on...and lastly, they filled two of my tires past 75PSI even though the recommended upper limit is 40PSI. Crazy) More

We were initially just looking, but, eventually fell in love with a vehicle with the help of Alex, a great sales associate. He was very helpful and friendly. Before we know it we were in the financing to get our new Jeep Grand Cherokee! After a couple hours we drove off the lot and left our old car/trade in there. I had noticed that they didn’t do a good job detailing the vehicle at all plus, they didn’t even fill the gas tank on a brand new vehicle. We were too excited to notice at the time. Done deal…right? Tuesday, David, the finance guy, called my fiancé and left a voicemail. We didn’t get the voicemail until Wednesday due to lack of reception where we live (which we told him). If it were a problem with financing, I thought he would try calling more often or even shoot us an email. Nothing. Friday, Wells Fargo called us and asked us a few questions, we assumed since they would be our new bank. Saturday night, David calls my fiancé and tells us we either need to come up with $10,000.00, find our own financing, or return the jeep. Well, I don’t know about you, but I don’t just have $10k lying around. As far as finding our own financing, we don’t have time nor the ability to do that, we live in a very remote area with not even a grocery store. Plus, why do I have a $500.00 additional charge for the dealership finding me financing…if they aren’t going to be doing that for me? Sunday they were closed so we had no other option than to take time off and bring it in Monday since they wanted this jeep back ASAP. So, we go to the dealership Monday 10/17 to return the vehicle. We find our initial sales associate, Alex, and tell him we are returning the jeep and picking up our trade in, as requested/demanded. He had a very confused look…he had no idea what was happening. We filled him in and he was just as shocked as we were. The finance guy never told him one of his sales fell thru or anything. On top of all of that, David, the finance guy we have been dealing with, was conveniently on vacation. I can’t help but feel he planned it out to where we would show up while he was gone. No one had any idea what was going on which turned in to us waiting 30 more minutes in that dealership for no reason. So much time wasted. This whole venture cost us about $800.00 which includes our 4 hour drive, the wasted gas, the time we lost out on by having to take a day off, and the accessories we had bought already for the vehicle. That same day we went to another dealership, they got us financed that day no problems. They were amazing. I don’t buy cars everyday so I forget how the buying process is supposed to go. Comparing it side by side, there were several things Sahara didn’t even do. They never had us write down references on our credit application. They only went to 4 banks to try to get us financed (our credit alerts us of ANY inquiry). Also, to add to that, we didn’t get any inquiries all week, only the day we went in to buy the jeep. They didn’t detail the vehicle. They didn’t fill the gas tank. They didn’t go over anything with us, just had someone ask “can I show you anything?”. With all the driving back and forth, we had put over 700 miles on it. Plus, we had been off-roading in it since we thought it was ours for over a week. It’s nice to know they will be selling that jeep as ‘brand new’ again. It was a horrible experience. I understand they cannot control whether or not banks will finance someone. But, it truly felt he didn’t even try and was very rude about it. I will never go back or refer it to anyone. More
Terrible service, rude, uncaring people. Bought a new Jeep Patriot a year ago from this dealership and the Sirius Satellite Radio never worked properly. Had a recall issue with a camshaft sen Bought a new Jeep Patriot a year ago from this dealership and the Sirius Satellite Radio never worked properly. Had a recall issue with a camshaft sensor as well. I was notified by Fiat/Chrysler twice that my part was in and to schedule a service appointment. Both times I came in for the recall fix I also requested a new satellite antenna because I wasn't getting any reception. Both times the recall part was NOT in. I was told that they had received a "memo" on the satellite radio and they would let me know when they received another one telling them what to do about it. They never called. The third time I got a notice from corporate about my recall part I called and made sure the part was in, went down there and again asked about the radio. While waiting the service manager came in and suggested we leave. They would give us a ride anywhere we wanted to go but they WOULDN'T BRING US BACK. My wife and I opted to stay there. All said and done, the sensor was replaced but the SM told us that there was nothing wrong with the satellite reception and basically called us liars. They were rude, they repeatedly lied to us and treated us like xxxx. I will NEVER return to this lousy dealership. I went to Chapman with my complaint. They are awesome. I now have a new satellite antenna and the radio works like it's suppose to. I gave Sahara a bad review because they deserved it and the service manager called and tried to bully my wife into changing our responses. I told her to hang up on him, which she did. I hope Sahara CJDR goes out of business. They suck. More
