Didn’t hear anything until I called back at 450 pm when I called to see if the shuttle would still be picking people up the writer had no clue what was going on with my car but said it was done and they were sending the shuttle 3 hours after they said it would be done when I got to the dealership I had asked what was the hold up she didn’t know just the car was done and the tech never brought the paperwork back to her. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this dealership and I don’t recommend it. More

I brought my Jetta in for A recall and something was wrong with the shifter. They got me right in but it took a while for the part to come in because the cove in which is definitely not their fault.
