This dealerships service department is horrendous I dropped my car off 5/20 for a recall asked when it would be ready and was told 230. 230 came and I called to check on the vehicle as I hadn’t heard a dropped my car off 5/20 for a recall asked when it would be ready and was told 230. 230 came and I called to check on the vehicle as I hadn’t heard anything they said it was in the shop being worked on. Didn’t hear anything until I called back at 450 pm when I called to see if the shuttle would still be picking people up the writer had no clue what was going on with my car but said it was done and they were sending the shuttle 3 hours after they said it would be done when I got to the dealership I had asked what was the hold up she didn’t know just the car was done and the tech never brought the paperwork back to her. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this dealership and I don’t recommend it. More
