We knew our old car had some problems, but when we learned we needed to put more money into it for repairs than we could get if we sold it, we just went to Bill Britt to car shop. We called ahead and Kirk Ross had a minivan ready to show us, and he showed us two other cars (a wagon and an SUV), all within our price range, that he knew would fit our needs. He is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, smart and helpful. Mr. Ross quickly identified what needed to be fixed on the used minivan we bought and we have never had problems getting in contact with him. As for financing, we wanted to pay cash and the dealership was VERY helpful while we got our money together to pay it off. We highly recommend Bill Britt's dealership and especially Kirk Ross as a salesman! How refreshing to have honest men to go to for such a big purchase. We love the van and wonder why we ever stopped driving a minivan. Just because our children are older, we didn't stop needing space for gear for team sports, music lessons and trips to Costco. What a luxury that van is! We will return to Bill Britt in the future! More

My experience for my second Mazda purchase started with an internet inquiry. Jessica was wonderful. She answered all of my questions, responded in a more than timely manner, and relayed the information to an internet inquiry. Jessica was wonderful. He was knowledgable of the product, did not try to steer me in to something I was not interested in, and was a great sport by staying late to complete this sale. I was then passed on to Mark in Finance. He too hung in there and stayed late to ensure that my sale was complete by close of business so that I could get a rebate that was ending that day. He explained all of the paperwork in laymans terms, made sure my paperwork was complete and accurate, and I was out the door with a brand new 2011 Mazda3 i Touring! More

We arrived at the dealership with a very difficult situiation. Our daughter had had an accident with her car which was less than a month old and it was totaled.
