sales is great here, but as soon as you are in.... the true dealership emerges, I was shocked at the simplicity of purchasing our new mazda 5, too good to be true? since march, i have been there 3 times for the same issue, they broke part of the dash while installing a remote start, and didnt even tell me.. Once i finally came across the damage and went back for repair, it had to be taken back a 2nd time, after they didnt correctly install the new dash piece. At this point, my wife and I had decided never to return.. not even for simple maintenance. A few weeks later, I notice part of the grill on the front bumper is cracked, and needed to be replaced (which they did, no problem). Now, and I'm sure it is due to the heat we are having, but still, now some of the pin stripes are peeling up on the paint. Left a msg with mazda (since no one knows how to answer a phone over there), and i guess I will have to wait for them to c/b.. If this is at all like the first issue i had, i will have to respond again to this in 2 or 3 months with an outcome.. sales=good, service=shameful
