This is the 4th car we have bought from Britt and each time I am amazed about the way we are treated and each time we walk away with what we feel is the fairest and best price we could get anywhere. This will be our first VW purchase from Britt , the other three cars wee Mazda....Would still buy a Mazda but wife wanted a Beetle for her. I was very impressed with John. Rock Bottom pricing {No negotiating } is the way to go...Absolutely no pressuring{Because sales people are salaried}John was very thorough in explaining all the features of the car and his sales presentation the same. Total time spent ,1 hour looking on Saturdaay and getting pricing, and two hours today which included test drive again and consumation of the deal and paper work....What a wonderful car buying experience...I'm sure we buy another from John. Decided to trade in my old vehicle and was pleasantly surpried at how fairly I was treated.....when we got home we notice that there was a crack on one of the rear tail lights that went unnoticed during the inspection. Called john ad it will be taken care of tomorrow....That is customer service....Warranty is also good More

They have helped me while on vacation in other states, and are always responsive to any questions or concerns I send their way. They have an excellent loaner car program as well as a convenience shuttle. I always feel like Bill Britt will go to bat for me ad a consumer as well assisting with warranty issues, or problems that should be covered. All around great experiences at Bill Britt. More

Not only was the no haggle price lower than we had negotiated at another dealership the experience at Bill Britt Volkswagen was actually enjoyable. John was extremely knowledgeable on the product and i believe went out of his way to ensure this was a great transaction. Although we did not get the trade value we wanted it was within $200 dollars and we were fine with that. Had the experience not been so good we might have not even purchased the vehicle. I will definitely recommend Bill Britt Volkswagen and John to anyone that is in the market for a new or used VW. This is our fifth VW and must say our best experience yet. Way to go. More
Overall I had a very good experience. This was my fisrt service since buying my Mazda 3; oil change and tire rotation. The price is higher than I would have paid at a local shop, but wanted to make sure I service since buying my Mazda 3; oil change and tire rotation. I would get free oil changes for the life of owning my car if the dealership I bought it from was not so far away. More
I came in on 6/27/2012 just to look around as I was in the market for a new car. I was looking at Camry's, Mazda 6 and the Jetta 2.5. The evening I stopped in was extremely busy, all the sales associates the market for a new car. I was looking at Camry's, Mazda 6 and the Jetta 2.5. The evening I stopped in was extremely busy, all the sales associates were with other customers; however, Phillip from the service department offered to assist me stating that even though he wasn't a sales associate he'd be happy to help with any questions I might have. I told him I wanted to see the Jetta's on the lot. He was nice enough to show me around the lot and answer all my questions. When we were done he took me inside and made sure that someone wrote down my name and number and assured me that someone would call me the next day. Sure enough, John Batts called me on 6/28/2012. John was also very friendly and we set an appointment for 6/29/12 at 6:30pm. I went in on 6/29/12 and John set me up to test drive the gas jetta and the diesel. After my test drive he answered all my questions, and there were a lot. I told him I was pretty sure I wanted to purchase the Jetta but I wanted to think about it over night. He was not at all pushy or overly aggressive. He assured me that even though he would not be in the next day that Rich Tippey would be happy to help me. I came back on 6/30/12 and worked with Rich and finalized the purchase of my new car. I could not be happier with all the staff at Bill Britt. From Phillip through the end of the purchase, everyone was extremely pleasant and nice. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More
My car needed its leaking shocks repaired and an alignment. Service was excellent. Price was high but senior 17% discount helped significantly. I have a VW GTI that had a few problems initially and when it was in for its 20,000 mile service the vehicle was damaged. I was quite unhappy at first, but Bill Britt Jr. contacted me and stated that ev when it was in for its 20,000 mile service the vehicle was damaged. I was quite unhappy at first, but Bill Britt Jr. contacted me and stated that everything would be taken care of. I was placed in a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was repaired and when my vehicle was delivered to me it was by Bill himself. He assured me that he reviewed the vehicle and I have to agree that it looks like nothing ever happened to it. It looks perfect. When I reflect upon how everthing transpired, I do feel that the right thing was done in the end and I feel that I can recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I appreciate Bill's level of professionalism and I am happy customer with no complaints. Thank you! More
My wife and I came in at 6:45 pm to talk specifically with Rich but he was busy with another family. He, nonetheless, was able to make arrangements to get us a test drive and ensure someone from the Ser with Rich but he was busy with another family. After we came back from the test drive, he was able to get us his full attention, answered all our questions, took care of our financing, and showed us all the features of our vehicle. All in all, he stayed late to make sure our vehicle was delivered to us that evening. More
