This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I saw the car on a website and the price was already a deal. It was already parked out front and ready to be driven when I got there. Ron was friendly and laid back and I felt comfortable right away. There was NO pressure. In fact he told me to take as long as I wanted on my test drive to be certain I liked the car. While I was doing this they looked at my trade in. They came very close to giving me what I was thinking for my trade in. Ron knew everything about the car and answered any and every question I had. I really liked the fact that there was no negotiating on the price. The car was immaculate, a great price, sporty, fun and gets great gas mileage. It was everything I wanted and then some. Kirk helped also putting in my info for financing. I got a great rate and term and was went to see Mark in financing. We chatted and never once did he push me to buy anything extra. I was pleasantly suprised at how friendly and honest everyone was. I am from Pennsylvania and was looking specifically for a 2012 GTI in Candy White. Knowing that the dealership closed at 5:00 PM that day, I had tried to call back around 4:55 and speak with someone, however, everyone was busy at that time. Around 5:30 that day, I received a call from Rich Tippey regarding my inquiry. I told Rich that I was interested in the GTI, and he took the time to answer any questions that I had that day. Throughout the car-buying process with Bill Britt VW, Rich had contacted me a few other times after his workday was complete, as he was busy with customers during the times that I had called. Through our discussions, Rich had given me such honest feedback and information regarding the GTI, even researching an emissions question from state-to-state. I called Rich daily to ask more questions and talk more about the vehicle. I told Rich that if he made a deal that was worth me driving 5 hours, they would earn my business. We pretty much completed the deal the this past Tuesday, November 20th.
