I have been a Volskwagon Beetle owner for 12 years. The car needed almost $3,000 worth of work so I was more interested in upgrading then spending the money on repairs. She even assisted me in finding a car rental location with a late drop off so that I could return the rental I drove down from NJ. Recently I had an unsatisfactory experience at the dealership where I bought my Miata in Richmond. They did some brake work on my car (at 39000 miles) and could not get the brakes to stop squealing, dealership where I bought my Miata in Richmond. They did some brake work on my car (at 39000 miles) and could not get the brakes to stop squealing, even after several visits. They even charged me extra when I took them in after three months to remove a “pebble” on the pad. They still squealed. So before I went over the edge, I made an appointment to have Britt Mazda look at the brakes. There were a couple of other repair/maintenance issues that I also asked your service folks to perform. Lisa reviewed my invoice from Whitten and told me the brakes should be covered under warranty. They replaced the pads, but unfortunately they continued to squeal. Lisa contacted some magical person who made a suggestion to resolve, the rotors had not been "turned" correctly! I now have a squeal-free car and I told Lisa she is my Best Friend Forever! The squeal had been going on for close to a year. Every person I encountered at your dealership was pleasant, courteous and respectful. Lisa got my brakes fixed at no charge and even gave me a loaner car. When contacted by someone from Mazda regarding my experience, I was sure to mention the outstanding service I received from Lisa and from Britt; I told them I felt like I was driving a brand-new car!
