We responded to this customer as soon as we heard that they were upset. The customer would not give us the chance to make it right. We explained that we have a few new employees that are being trained. After our own investigation we concluded that the new employee spoke incorrectly. With our 100% customer satisfaction we offered to make it right. The customer declined to even discuss this matter further. We would be the first to tell any customer that we are not perfect. We are also willing to admit when we make mistakes and correct them immediately to the customer's satisfaction. Satisfying customers is our business, see for yourselves by looking at our reviews. As soon as Bill Britt Volkswagen received this review we reached out to them to see how we could resolve the problem. The customer would not respond to our email. At that point we investigated why the customer might have been upset. What we found is that the employee who spoke to the customer was new and gave the wriong information over the phone. Bill Britt Volkswagen takes full responsibilty for allowing the wrong price to be quoted. In our defense, the mistake was made and has since been fixed. We made multiple attempts to reach out to the upset customer with no response. Bill Britt mazda Volkswagen makes evey effort to be more than competitive in our parts and service pricing. We mystery shop our competition regularly to make sure we are inline with other dealerships as well as the independant shops. Bill Britt Jr.
