Initially, I worked with Mike via email then Kirk saw the purchase through when Mike was on vacation. Kirk was very nice, not pushy at all. I felt like he had my best interests in mind. Mark in the finance end was kind as well. I never have had the paperwork over with anywhere near as quick as I did this time. All the other folks involved with the delivery process were equally kind. Kirk even told me about a shortcut I could use to dodge traffic on my way home. I have not used dealer service in the past, but I will now. This dealership is top notch. More

Needed a new car. Kirk had 2013 Mazda 6 they needed to go. A dealer called, wanted to buy the car but Kirk put me 1st & called me to make sure I still wanted to buy the car. i took my mazda in for service to have a power window issue taking care of, when i got the mazda back there was damage on the tint that was not there before, he said that mazda will not pay for that even issue taking care of, when i got the mazda back there was damage on the tint that was not there before, he said that mazda will not pay for that even tho it was not like that before they had worked on it, and even had the nerve to tell me they had washed my car when it still had the same bird xxxx from the day before and car was completely covered in pollen! This is the second time in a 2 month time period that i have had issues with this dealership! anyone that has a mazda in the surrounding counties, i recommend you do not allow them to work on you mazda! Ive even been told by people who work for bill britt vw which is right next to them, that they have heard bad reviews from customers of that mazda dealership More
