My Experience with Bill Britt service has always been great. It starts and ends with Pam Sanders. When ever I bring my VW CC or my old 2001 VW Jetta TDI in she gives me her undivided attention and list great. It starts and ends with Pam Sanders. When ever I bring my VW CC or my old 2001 VW Jetta TDI in she gives me her undivided attention and listens to all of my concerns. She only recommends what is needed and I trust what she says. She takes the time to explain all of the needed service so that I understand what clearly.Even though I bought my CC in Woodbridge and work in Richmond, Pam is the reason that I continue to use Bill Britt, because of the trusting relationship that has developed over the years. I just bought my third new vw today. Rich Tippey was my saleman. He sold me my first new vw in 2006, which was a rabbit. I bought my second vw, which was a bug in 2007. Now in 2013 it is a new bug. My husband and I visited Bill Britt Volkswagen yesterday. When we arrived, we noticed the "hours" on the door stated they were open until 5; it was 4:55. There were 3 sales people in the parking lot, 1 of which was with a customer - the other 2 were talking. We came to the dealership with "pre-approval" from our bank, knew exactly which vehicle (Jetta TDI Premium - Toffee) and walked straight to it. And stood. And stood. And stood. At 5:00PM, personnel walked out of the building, got in their vehicles and left. At no point were we spoken to by the salespersons outside nor were we acknowledged by those walking from the inside. We purchased a vehicle from Pohanka Hyundai. They were extremely helpful and very generous. More

I have taken my 2012 Volkswagen Passat to Bill Britt for every 10,000 mile service since I purchased it in December 2011. Pam Sanders, in my experience, is the gold standard among the many service staffers at the several VW dealerships I have dealt with over many years of being the owner of VWs - from from 1959 to date. Pam is the many service staffers at the several VW dealerships I have dealt with over many years of being the owner of VWs - from from 1959 to date. Pam is technically knowledgeable, quick to answer customer questions with clarity and will offer service suggestions when appropriate. She is proud to describe herself as a member of the Bill Britt organization. Pam has a terrific sense of humor and pleasant, courteous manner in conversations with customers.
