I have to say that this was my best buying experience ever. John Batt didn't pressure but was responsive and overall did a fantastic job. Took the time to make sure he went over all of the features etc. He listened to what we wanted and was very accommodating. Just an overall fantastic experience. We have been bringing our 2010 Audi Q5 to this dealership for service for the past 2 1/2 years. Living in Fredericksburg we do not relish traveling 50 miles north or south to find an Audi service center. W for service for the past 2 1/2 years. While Bill Britt can't handle warranty service, they can do anything non-warranty and when the unexpected happens answer questions and help figure out what the next steps should be. We have been extraordinarily pleased with the responsiveness of the staff and the attention to making sure our Audi gets Audi service consistent with Audi warranty standards. We have had routine oil changes, 55,000 mile service, brakes, and major diagnostic work done. We have also purchased tires. Every question is answered quickly, appointments are a snap to make and the car is ALWAYS ready when promised. The prices are reasonable and probably more so because we save a 100 mile roundtrip and feel the charges are reasonable for the value received. I suspect the service representatives would like to be able to offer Audi approved service. I know that we have insisted on having Audi trained techs work on the car. The service representatives realize that and have always made sure that the Audi trained techs do the work for us. We are VERY happy that Bill Britt has such techs on staff and appreciate people like Romeo that take pride in their work. I think that in addition to the technical quality of the service, our principal point of satisfaction has been with OUR service representative (Pam Sanders) that we have been privileged to work with. Pam is super responsive and knows her customers well. In an age when "impersonal systems and people" dominate, being able to call directly to our service representative and say "this is......." and get immediate recognition of the person and car is simply out of the ordinary. Not only are we REMEMBERED we are greeted professionally and courteously and the only question is "What will work for us....."! In my judgement, there is no more successful marketing strategy than PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL service --- Thank you Pam!!!! More

Having done our research on a few cars for our expanding family, I went to Bill Britt Mazda to look at a Mazda 5. We thought it would be perfect for our 2 kids, price range and having some of the features o family, I went to Bill Britt Mazda to look at a Mazda 5. We thought it would be perfect for our 2 kids, price range and having some of the features of a minivan - without being a minivan. Upon my first visit I was greeted by Kirk. He was gracious, humble, and not pushy in any way. We talked about what I thought my needs were, price range and trade in of my car. Since I had just started my search I went to all the other major dealers in Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. My experiences at the other dealers was not anywhere near as pleasurable or stress free as my visit with Kirk. I went round and round about what I needed, changing my mind often, and visiting numerous dealers to check out each option that entered my search. I always ended up back at Bill Britt. Even the 2 times Kirk was not there I received the same awesome customer service and no hassle atmosphere. When it came down to the final narrowed down search - I found exactly the right vehicle, at exactly the right price, with the best dealership, customer service and people around. Closing on the car was smooth and quick even though there were two other sales going on. Not to mention we had our 3 year old with us and they were great him as well. The car was spotless when they handed it over and in the 2 days I have had it, 3 people asked me if it was a '13 or a '14.....it's an '11. More

In all the years of buying cars from various dealers I have never had one go as smooth as this one. We test drove a new CX5 twice before deciding on purchasing it. When we test drove the vehicle, we were told to take it out and drive it around for 30 minutes to an hour like we would normally drive. When we decided to purchase the vehicle it was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. We knew the price up front. No running back and forth between the sales manager trying to get a better price. The no haggle price was actually cheaper than USAA and Edmunds quoted on their web sites by several hundred dollars. The finance manager, Mark, was quick, straight forward and honest. He did not try to pressure us into upsales. He gave us the info on different products and then moved on when we told him no thanks. Mike, Kirk and Mark actually made the whole process enjoyable. I never thought I would say that about buying a vehicle. From start to finish we were driving off the lot in our new CX5 in less than two hours. When I need to buy another car I will definitely look at Bill Britt again. Thanks guys! More
After shopping for a slightly used Mazda 5 for several weeks I came across a very competitively priced 2012 at Bill Britt in Fredericksburg. Since I live an hour away I called and spoke with Don. He confirmed the price and offered a test drive at my convenience. I made the trip 2 days later and Don had the car ready to test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and answered every question I had. He knew I was in a hurry as we had to fly out of town that evening for a family vacation. When I indicated that I wanted to buy the car he made sure that he got the paperwork done quickly and I was on my way in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Bill Britt Mazda and Don if you are looking for a Mazda or VW. You won't be disappointed. More
