The staff was very considerate and willing to work with me. There wasn’t any of the usual games some dealerships try and play, they were up front and honest. Took my car here preventatively to get a 90k service and was told it had an engine issue. I've talked to EVERYONE here (Mark & Pam) and filed a complaint to which the owner, David Roach responded that he wa was told it had an engine issue. I've talked to EVERYONE here (Mark & Pam) and filed a complaint to which the owner, David Roach responded that he was "on vacation!". Over $5,000 later, they still have the car and it's still running like garbage from the work they did. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here!! They will screw your car up! More

Had to get the motor for my rear parking brake replaced on a 15 year old VW Passat. Pam was quite helpful in explaining what needed to be done. I already had the needed parts, which they used.
