Needless to say, I had to bring this car to the shop a number of times. Last night, the car broke for the last time (blown cylinder) and I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to both Bruce Desimini & Pam Sanders before I left the VW family. Whenever a repair involved more than a day, Bruce (and Pam, when Bruce wasn't available) was great in ensuring that we were provided a loaner-car until the repair was complete. I also appreciated the straight-talk that Bruce always provided me, when explaining what was wrong with my daughter's car, and what needed to be done to fix it. VW is very fortunate to have such dedicated individuals as Pam & Bruce! I was sad to see that Bruce had recently been re-assigned to the Mazda-side of this dealership. I hope that this was not some sort of demotion, as Bruce's Customer Service skills while working with VW was exemplary! If anything, Bruce should receive a promotion, vice a demotion. You have to treat your good employees well, otherwise one day you might find them gone! Take care, Bruce & Pam! I hope this dealership is treating you both right! If not, with customer service skills you both have, I'm sure that there are other dealerships who would LOVE to employ either/both of you! More
Two hours for oil change/state inspection with appointment I had scheduled a state inspection and oil change for this service center. After almost two hours of waiting during my appointment, I asked why it wa I had scheduled a state inspection and oil change for this service center. After almost two hours of waiting during my appointment, I asked why it was taking so long. I was informed this was a NORMAL timeframe for a REAL state inspection and oil change. While waiting, I searched the dealer's website and saw the dealership had a special for a free state inspection for VW vehicles. Do you think the service agent informed me of the special. No! The $16 fee was on my work order. I asked if I could use the special and the nice agent took the $16 off the bill. My windshield wiper (driver's side) fully functioned and cleared/cleaned the windshield but because the edge of the blade was starting to pull away, the mechanic failed the vehicle. VW offered to replace BOTH wipers (sold in pairs) for $42. I passed. I went to an Auto Parts store about a block away and spent $15 for a single blade. Came back 5 minutes later and was initially told there were two vehicles in front of me and I had to wait. When I asked what would have happened if I purchased the $42 blades, the agent told me they would have passed the car on the spot and I would not have had to wait. If you want a two hour wait for a scheduled appointment and a recommendation to purchase more expensive parts, come here. (You would not believe how many recommendations I heard from the agents to the customers regarding parts and additional services.) I will not be coming back to this place. I would rather drive north towards DC for a different service center. Last point...after two hours, the vehicle wasn't washed. I was ASKED if I wanted it washed due to my complaint about the time. More

Super Helpful Ryan was super helpful. He answered all of my questions, was enjoyable to work with. He even picked me up at the train station! This was my second Ryan was super helpful. They had the car that I wanted with the prize that I wanted and there are super nice. They are very far from me, so had attempted to buy a car closer to me, but in the end, it was a waist of time. I should have just gone straight to Ryan in the first place. More

I wouldn't buy a used tire from that delarship. Shady people! More
Wonderful people - great service - no pressure! I was approached by a very friendly, sweet young lady by the name of Taylor Bill. She was kind, applied no pressure and very willing to help. New to the business and dealership she was still learning and was accompanied by a kind gentlemen named Rob Lundberg. I wasn't in the market to buy yet - just shopping around and had my share of 'sales' personnel by the time I arrived at this dealership. I just wanted to look without hassle or haggle and if I had questions or an interest I'd come to them. Both were very understandable and quick to let me do so. By my surprise (because all day I didn't find anything that jumped out at me) I saw something I was very interested in. My experience from then was an enjoyable one from the test drive to the sales. They were also very willing to fix tire pressure when sensor came on and help in any way. In the end, I found my dream car! Granted it wasnt a VW - it was a Chevy Sonic ltz fully loaded hatch back turbo on their lot going to auction in 7 days with a price tag in my price range! Eeee! (And i love chevy) Rob was laid back and Taylor full of pep and smiles - both with a sense of humor! I also dealt with a gentlemen named Jeff Johnson whom we did our sales and paperwork with - very friendly, helpful and professional! Also with a sense of humor. Gave me a great deal on my new baby and favorable/better than i probably deserved quote on my current vehicle that was just shy of pushing onto the lot to go toward my down payment. All in all - wonderful people - no pressure/hassle - great service! And I am now a proud owner of a vehicle I not only love but don't regret buying one bit! Thank you to Taylor, Rob and Jeff and the other friendly staff @ mazda volkswagon of fburg that made my car buying experience a pleasurable one :). God Bless! More

Miss Bill Britt Service center just not the same since selling to Rosner. Used to be a great customer service experience, now its pretty typical with an "I just work Service center just not the same since selling to Rosner. Used to be a great customer service experience, now its pretty typical with an "I just work here" attitude. Revealed that I had been trying to make and apt for about two to three weeks and was only getting some voice mail box during business hours...blank stare and the aforementioned "I just work here". No real reason now to drive out of my way to get my oil changed for this kind of service. I will just find something closer to home now. More
