I’d like to start with I have never been so upset with a service to the point I had to write a review online. This review is because of the frustration and disappointment this service center provided me. I contacted them because of the expectation of professionalism, trustworthiness, and commitment. Non of my expectations were met. In fact they exceeded how bad of service I thought you can actually receive. i was told my car would be done in a certain time which it wasn’t. Told a price over the phone, emailed a different price, and presented a completely different price. They added parts/services every time I called which increased my bill tremendously. This is where I lost all trustworthiness. Contacting the advisor was troublesome every time I tried and he would tell me he was just about to call me. To top everything off The advisor got aggressive on the phone instead of answering my valid questions. Again, I am not one to usually review but PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED. I AM TELLING YOU AS SOMEONE THAT HAS EXPERIENCED IT FIRST HAND. More
We purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and understand it would not be perfect however when the tires are so bad that when you get to 70 mph that the entire vehicle shakes uncontrollably, the h understand it would not be perfect however when the tires are so bad that when you get to 70 mph that the entire vehicle shakes uncontrollably, the heat doesn't work, and the fuel filter light comes on, After contacting the dealer they say oh it passed inspection, I would like to get the inspectors name and company, and if I want the heat fixed I purchased the extended warranty. Never in my 48 years have I had an experience with a used car from a large dealer like I have this one. More
Avoid if at all possible! !!!! As a veteran and VW enthusiast that has traveled the world with his Volkswagens and had them serviced state side and overseas, this is BY FAR !!!! Below is a small chunk of my personal experiences over the last few years giving them 2nd, 3rd 4th chances etc. The list below is a few examples that were very RUDLEY handled by the service department. If the managers were a bit nicer maybe wouldn't be an issue, but that is not the case. Parts broken during recalls and left without a loaner or rental until repairs were made. Windshield film slashed (gave them a heads up prior to inspection, tech used a razor and sliced the film then had the audacity to say it was like that when I brought it in...) Last minute appointment cancelations (In the car driving to the appointment) Charged for inspections that were supposed to be free, then had to get a sales manager involved for the service department to believe me (lack of internal communication on promotions). Those are just a few recent issues. I am done with this service department!!! More
I cannot implore people enough to stay away from this dealership even if you have to go an hour away. Both the service department & sales people are untrustworthy & even when they give you something in w dealership even if you have to go an hour away. They will hand you a preliminary agreement then call you & when you come to an agreeement they will all of a sudden change their minds wasting your time. The service department will constantly lie to your face about how long it will take to get your car back instead of just tellng you they don't know. I have never in my life left a bad review for anything even when they deserved it. They are low, slimy and untrustworthy even for an auto dealership. Lastly I just have to say this, the sales people just don't know what they are doing & are not even informed on the basics. More
DO not take your vehicle here PERIOD. Dont expect VW to care because they gave the dealer opportunity to respond and nothing happened. I have pictures of my injectors filled with diesel fuel, AC condensor damaged and at this point with over $1,000 of damage and I have no choice but to report this dealer and file charges in court....I have come to this dealer over 10 years and even been an employee at one point for 16 years...I had no idea they operated like this. Sad that they no longer care and it is ok to do this to consumers. I will be sure to make sure this never happens again. More

They know that I rely on my vehicles - I've been a customer here for 22 years. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this location and pass by at least 4 other VW dealers as I drive the distance. Ms Pam Willis and her techs have earned my loyalty by earning my trust. I've purchased 3 VWs here over 22 years and I'll keep buying my VWs here. More
I brought to them an odd problem where most of the lights on only the right side had stopped working. They fixed it same day, though they were a bit delayed because they were busy. It was a horrible experience. Dealer didn’t honor my extended guarantee. Forced to pay in total the serv. Didn’t provide rental. I exhausted my toll service with my AAA had to pay a taxi from my home to Fredericksburg (70 miles) a hundred dollars. No negotiation at all. Too expensive. My car is bran new has only 16,000 miles. It’s. 2017 not driven for the pandemic, and still not honored the guarantee. That Pam in service was nasty. Hoping not going back ever to that place. And to end that my car was dirty all full of grease from the hangers, never vacuumed they never removed the paper protectors from the previous dealer that tried to fixed the problem the problem was the keys didn’t work, MANASSAS dealers recommended to take it to the dealer I bought it so I didn’t have to pay anything. Well, like I said didn’t work. No guaranties. A lot of money for something simple, ended o. A sensor problem instead of programming the keys. I ending spending almost 3 thousand dollars in total.
