I had a problem with my last car after the warranty expired. The GM (Bill Colegate) there pretty much hand held my wife through the repair while I was out of the country on business. This is the kind of service that is the norm with them. And just so everyone knows, they fixed the car for my wife at no charge. You have a customer for life. More

Good professional attitude from Mr. Cooper. He apologized for the extra time that I had to have the car in because the required part didn't come in when he though it would. I appreciate the honesty. Brown's VW service department always gives me a scheduled time for my regular service appointments and always has my golf ready within about an hour. It is rare to find a place that can do any maintenance on time for my regular service appointments and always has my golf ready within about an hour.
