Moe Zargarpur welcomed us in, let me tell you, it was the best experience we’ve had in a dealership, Moe was very kind and friendly, for us instead of being tense and with trust issues like we’ve felt before he made the process feel fun and knowledgeable as he walked us through details without being pushy, he was very honest and straight forward. Something very important is that Moe explained every feature of the car including hardware and software, something that in most dealers you won’t find. The rest of the team working there were very nice as well but with 100% certainty if we ever need a car again or anybody we know, we would definitely put it in Moe’s capable hands. More

Pick up experience was lacking and the service seemed disinterested when i mentioned my car was not in the pickup area. Doesn't appear my tires were rotated although it was on the service receipt. Window disinterested when i mentioned my car was not in the pickup area. Doesn't appear my tires were rotated although it was on the service receipt. Window repair was completed but damaged the paint and was not caught by the service team and i have to return to complain. Was told they would rectify it but not getting my hopes up that they will be proactive and get it done with me calling service More
