I recently went in to service my vehicle for the very first time and was expecting everything that comes with the servicing of a vehicle (oil change, tire rotation, topping off of all fluids, etc.). I waited longer than expected. I didn’t enjoy the loaner or the process. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to put a gallon of gas in your loaner, when you’re holding my car fu I didn’t enjoy the loaner or the process. They got my car ready a day early since I had an out of town trip scheduled and they said ready by Friday. So they met their promise. Everyone was kind and greeted me.
