Rudest Employees ever. WORST SERVICE. I went to have the Airbag recall taken care of on 3-23-15. But when I left my car was making a God aweful scrubbing noise. I had to call for 4 days I went to have the Airbag recall taken care of on 3-23-15. But when I left my car was making a God aweful scrubbing noise. I had to call for 4 days to finally get a call back and an appointment to bring it back in. after taken my Vehicle back there, the Service Manager Eric Motley was So rude to me & disrespectful, as well as his maybe 20 year old kid working on my car. When I had taken my vehicle there originally NOTHING was wrong with it. I just had brand new tires put on my car on 3-16-15 one week Prior to going to Kia and a FULL inspection of my brakes and all was good. I have no clue as to WHY Kia needed to remove my tires for the recalls being done but they did, and now i am supposed to believe they had nothing to do with the way my car sounds now. The kid that was trying to put my tire back on could not even line it up to get the lug nuts to tighten back up while i was standing there, he got frustrated and blamed it on me saying something was wrong with my rims. WHAT??? really? After they were finished talking to me like i was xxxx of the earth or just plain stupid, Mr. Motley then told me if i ever had another recall or issue to go somewhere else and to NEVER COME BACK THERE. So therefore I will be sure to let all my Marine Corp friends and Government Employees to Also go Somewhere else to have their Vehicles looked at. More
Lynette and Team are AMAZING! I have to say that Lynette was amazing! When I first went in there, I saw everything I wanted, but i didn't want to purchase a new car, and make those I have to say that Lynette was amazing! When I first went in there, I saw everything I wanted, but i didn't want to purchase a new car, and make those high payments. So I ended up telling them a price I wanted to pay each month and I just couldn't get to that. I explained that I'd rather have a used car that has what I want than a brand new one that does. I couldn't find a white used one there as I wanted that was used and around my payments, so I left. I then decided, why not try Carmax because it's used. Well, I went there and the experience wasn't horrible, but the car was smoked in and of course, I'm allergic so I couldn't buy it. Then they ran my credit to like 15 different places only to see my payments over $500 a month, I have a 720 Credit score! How that happened, I don't know! Anywho, I decided, I'm just not going to get a new car, i was frustrated and done and now my credit was messed up and I have no car, so it really hit me. Then I get an email from Lynette about a month or so later saying that she has exactly what I was looking for and around the payments I wanted. I went last night and got it. It meant the world to me that she would keep me in mind and remembered my needs and wants. I will recommend her and their team to anyone. But definitely work with Lynette because she was so great and a pleasure to work with. More
