Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing the offer that was made to you, I realized the value of your trade was based on the VEHICLE NOT BEING HERE. We appraise vehicles based upon mechanics and condition. It is very hard to determine the value of a vehicle if it is not present, the evaluation may change once the vehicle is here. Secondly, there were a number of options you wanted. These options are packaged by the manufacturer, not every vehicle will meet the expectations of every consumer. After checking the market I agree with my manager that there were no vehicles in our market to meet all of your requirements. Therefore, he looked outside of the market for a 2016 Sportage. If additional options are added this would increase the purchase price. Lastly, the selling price was below the advertised price online which you signed off on before going into the business office. I would appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. Sincerely, Tony Long

nobody wants to be wrong especially if it benefits them. A deal shouldn't have taken place without my car being there. Your men was wrong. Secondly, I didnot get the price on line, the price was on the white sportage we test drove. Third, We did not signed off on that price before we went to finance. That purchased price for $1

The PURCHASED PRICE ON THAT 2016 KIA WAS FOR 25,0000.00 .You GUYS TACKED ON MORE THAN $1, 678.00. We request a copy of the buyers page and never recieved one after asking several days later.
