My car broke down while on a family vacation. I dropped the car off at 1am at the dealership, they called me the first thing that morning to let me know they would be checking out the car shortly I dropped the car off at 1am at the dealership, they called me the first thing that morning to let me know they would be checking out the car shortly. The technician found the car needed a new catalytic converter. The service manager even had me go under the lift and look at all the metal from the bad converter. The car was fixed in less than a week. Thanks Safford Kia! I truly feel KIA Corp should help with the expense!! More

Came in at 3:27pm feb26 was looking into kia carnivals. No sales people would come to assist and one walked right passed us and didn't say a word. Guess my money is no good at this dealership. I've struggled with this dealer a couple of times. Most often difficult to speak to anyone in service (this is the only dealership I've ever had that happen). I had a car battery replaced, was going to take a week for the parts. Okay. I went to stop by and pick up my EZ Pass transponder, and I find my car had been fixed, but no one bothered to call me. I know, not a bad problem to have. They can't seem to return phone calls, update me (as requested) a ((I've had challenges with them four times, they even charged me for a tow when I had extended warranty through Carmax in Fred) that parts were in so I could plan on how and when to pick up my car as the logistics of all of this is mind boggling because I commute 3.5 hours a day. They just drop you on your head. I went to pay for the battery (ouch!) and the cashier sitting there with a shirt on I could look right down with gold claws glued on her fingers. Everything about this place screams cheesy and unprofessional. Just everything. I've taken my car to Richmond to avoid this place. Now Richmond is booked out a month (perhaps because Fredericksburg Kia has some serious issues) so I'm going to Woodbridge. ugh. Just ugh. More
