TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I had an appointment at 7:30 am to get my car serviced. I arrived at the service department two minutes before they opened and the worker at the time I had an appointment at 7:30 am to get my car serviced. I arrived at the service department two minutes before they opened and the worker at the time (LEE is his name) wouldn’t open the door for me. Mind you, it’s about thirty degrees outside. I knocked on the door he continued typing away, he even looked at me standing at the door and didn’t acknowledge me standing there. How rude is that? I don’t care what time you guys open, if you ha e a customer standing at your door in the cold knocking, see what the heck they want! Then I said “are you going to help me?” When I said that, he THEN gets up and barely opens the door and says Mam we don’t open until 7:30. (At this point it was 7:29.) I said sir, you mean to tell me you were going to leave me outside and not even say acknowledge me? His response is “mam I was typing up my service orders.” I don’t care what you were typing! If you see a customer in the freezing cold, waiting to get help, you just ignore them blatantly? I said you’re extremely rude! I asked him name so he can be reported because he has TERIBBLE customer service and You should be reported! So after I say that, THEN he finally proceeded and insisted that I come inside after arguing with him at the door for two minutes . I mean really, I can see if I was ten minutes early, but really you can’t acknowlege a two min early customer standing at the door? What a terrible first impression of this KIA dealership. It gets even better, the chick on the phone scheduled my appointment at 7:30 because that’s their first appointment. After Lee FINALLY checks me in, I ask him how long it will be. He responds by telling the service techs don’t get in until 8 am. So you mean to tell me im going to be sitting here for 30 mins until someone arrives to work on my car? What is the point of a service center opening at 7:30, when nobody is even going to start on your vehicle Til 8 am?! I think that’s just poor service overall. So that right there was the icing on the cake that I will NEVER return back to this KIA dealership and will inform others to never go here again!! Called the store manager yesterday about this situation around 9 am when they opened , I was told I would receive a call back. The GM never even bothered to call me back so that tells you a lot about this particular Fredericksburg KIA. I also tried to esceleate it to KIA Corporate, but they told me that KIA dealerships are independently owned and it’s best to contact the GM of that store directly. Well, I did that, and no call back. DONT EVER GO TO THIS KIA SERVICE CENTER!!! More

After arriving, I quickly took a test drive. Bill , Carl, really everyone, was awesome. They gave me a deal, didn't even have to haggle, which never happens. Definitely buy from them again. More

Great buying. But will not honor warranty. Run run run especially if you are an older adult. They will literally promise you thecworld and screw you royally. My truck leaks. Pushed into a vehicle that was not my choice I took a 2017 sportage on a test drive and when I came back they had the paper work all done due to receiving several text messages while I was drivin I took a 2017 sportage on a test drive and when I came back they had the paper work all done due to receiving several text messages while I was driving and really did not have time to check it out it had scratches on it that were needed to be fixed and therefore the next day or so I took the car back to be fixed and then I had realized by that time I had no lumbar and no remote start these things were important to me now I have to drop it off again for no telling how long for an aftermarket lumbar and I hate this vehicle I just want my car back this really sucks and will never go there again also now having problems with the alarm not working and door locks sounding like something is holding a button down so here I go again have to go back to Kia again don't buy a 2017 sportage it's a headache from the start!!! I really just want my car back I just went in that day for an oil change I wish I had went somewhere else this is and continues to be a nightmare !!! I hate the fact that u but a new car and have to take it back to have work done to it as soon as you buy it was same way with the first car I bought then u have a tech tell you to have them switch you out and then they do everything but make you happy . You would think that they would want to make this experience better then the last one but I must say the older people that were there were much better and I feel like I should not have to be dealing with the problems with a brand new car. Now I guess it's time to find the owner and let them know what's going on at their business More
