Worked also with Adam who really convinced me of the good value I was getting in my purchase, and Hightower and Paul made the purchasing and financing a breeze, both also answering my many questions. FRIENDLY STAFF; EXPENSIVE REPAIRS Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Inspected the steering on my son's 2013 Soul after car lost power steering while turning. Cost $180 to confirm steering was fine and that this could happen if battery is old and all electronics are on. Asked for quote to install and program tire pressure monitoring system and was quoted $600. Charged me $100 to tell me I didnt have any sensors in tires to program! What? Took to Little Tire Co and had 4 new sensors I purchased for $100 installed and programmed for $60. Total Cost of $160. More
