Always well taken care of I have had my Sorento since 2011 and I deal with Mr. Lee all the time. Rare van! Good price! Great service! Found a rare certified 2017 Sedona EX with tech package and low miles on their website. I clicked the button to request a sale price. They emailed me a lower sale price and then the paperwork I needed for purchase in Maryland. This gave us the confidence to drive an hour and a half to purchase the vehicle (no tricks or games). When we arrived the vehicle was ready in front and the salesman met us at the door. The vehicle was even better than advertised. We did not know it had the remote start option. The staff were all friendly, engaging and helpful. They gave our 4 year old a Kia Hamster toy 😁. More importantly they allowed us to purchase the vehicle with our financing and terms with no pressure or delays to do it their way. Talk about above and beyond, the two front floor mats were missing so they provided a full set of all weather floor mats for the whole van. With three kids we soooooo needed the weatherproof mats. We left the dealer loving the van and in awe of Safford Kia's unbelievable teamwork and customer service. Thank you! More
