Warranty work is always an argument I have owned 2 Kia Sorentos now and both of them have had issues with the headlights going out frequently. After taking the previous Sorento in severa I have owned 2 Kia Sorentos now and both of them have had issues with the headlights going out frequently. After taking the previous Sorento in several times and the service center telling us there was nothing wrong with it they finally agreed to change the wiring harness. We no longer had an issue with the lights burning out all the time. I now have the same issue with my current Sorento and once again are arguing with the service department about the issue being the wiring harnesses not the light bulbs. It’s a huge waste of time!
